1. Authenticity & Products

All supplements displayed on our website are 100% authentic, sourced directly from official brand importers, and certified with unique batch verification codes. It is the customer's responsibility to verify batch codes using our verification system.

2. Ordering via WhatsApp

To provide a direct and personalized experience, order requests submitted on this website are compiled and forwarded directly to our official WhatsApp support number (092178 20007). Orders are only confirmed and processed after direct consultation and confirmation on WhatsApp.

3. Payments & Deliveries

• We support UPI, Card Payments, and Cash on Delivery (COD) services across Ludhiana and Punjab.
• Delivery is free for orders over ₹999. Standard shipping charges apply for orders below this threshold.
• Ludhiana local orders are delivered same-day. Punjab and neighboring regions are delivered within 24-48 hours.

Refund & Return Policy

1. Scope of Returns

We take absolute pride in maintaining the highest standards of safety and hygiene. Returns or exchange requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The supplement tub/bottle is unopened, sealed, and undamaged.
• The original outer packaging, seals, hologram, and importer tags remain intact.
• Products with broken seals or opened tubs are strictly ineligible for returns or refunds due to safety and health reasons.

2. Return & Verification Process

To request a return or exchange, contact us on our official WhatsApp number (092178 20007) with your Order ID, invoice, and photos of the sealed container. We will verify the batch authenticity tags before scheduling a return pickup.

3. Refund Settlements

Once the return shipment is received and inspected at our Ludhiana warehouse, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days directly to your verified bank account or UPI ID. Shipping charges incurred for returns may be deducted from the total refund amount.
